Upper Peninsula man arrested for strangulation
IRON MOUNTAIN — The Iron Mountain Police Department has arrested a man after an alleged domestic assault incident on Thursday.
30-year-old Joshua D’Amico of Iron Mountain was arrested on two counts, including assault by strangulation. That’s a felony count that could land him in prison for up to ten years.
D’Amico was arraigned and is currently lodged in the Dickinson County Correctional Center.
He is scheduled for a preliminary exam in district court on May 19th.
