Breaking and entering suspect moving to circuit court

MARQUETTE — The case of a man arrested after a yearlong investigation into a camp breaking and entering is headed to Marquette County Circuit Court.

Thirty–three–year old Samuel Duff was bound over at his preliminary exam in District Court Monday morning. Duff is charged with first degree home invasion, receiving and concealing firearms, and larceny of firearms.

He was arrested after a yearlong investigation by Forsyth Township Police into a break–in at a camp on Little Shag Lake. Duff’s first appearance in Circuit Court has not yet been scheduled.
