Three people arraigned and plead guilty in Circuit Court
MARQUETTE — Three people were arraigned and plead guilty on different charges in Marquette County Circuit Court this morning.
Twenty–Two year old Devin Dahlstrom plead guilty to count one of unlawful driving away of a motor vehicle. The plea agreement stated that Dahlstrom will be sentenced as a habitual offender. He also agreed to attended and complete Mission Bible training camp. Dahlstrom was arrested in late September by Chocolay Township Police after allegedly stealing a car from East Fairbanks Avenue and fleeing police on foot. Dahlstrom is scheduled to be sentenced on January 22nd.
Thirty–nine year old Eric Brown plead guilty to three counts of attempted use of a financial transaction device, which is considered a high court misdemeanor. Brown was taken into custody last month on a three–count arrest warrant for illegal sale or use of a financial transaction device or credit card. As a part of his plea agreement, Brown will not be proceeded against as an habitual offender and three–counts have been dismissed. Brown is scheduled to be sentenced on January 29th.
Twenty–Six year old Brittany Anders plead guilty to three–counts of purchase or possession of Pseudoehphedrine for purpose of manufacturing meth. Anders was arrest by UPSET detectives for the purchase of those components in October.She is also scheduled to be sentenced on January 22nd.
