Upper Peninsula Weather Forecast 12/16-17

There hasn’t been much sunshine over the past few days, and on Wednesday that continued. Clouds and mixed showers hang around for tonight, while a cooler air mass begins to slip in behind throughout the evening. Lows will fall to the upper-20s and lower-30s, while south winds blow at 10 to 20 miles per hour.

Thursday, skies will remain mostly cloudy with isolated flakes and peeks of sunshine. Highs will reach the low to mid-30s, while blustery winds increase out of the southwest at 15 to 25 miles per hour.

Tomorrow night, the spotty flurries will linger, while the cooler air mass really settles in. Low temps will drop to the upper teens and lower-20s, with southwest winds continuing at 5 to 15 miles per hour. Clouds and cold keep coming on Friday, with along with a slight chance of light snow.
