MARQUETTE – A Delta County man is in trouble with the law for allegedly using a stolen credit card.

The Marquette City Police Department says 26-year-old Kyle William Genewick of Gladstone was arrested today on felony charges of larceny in a building and stealing or retaining a transaction device without consent.
