Stolen trailer and snowmobile recovered
IRON RIVER, Wisc. — A trailer stolen from the parking lot of a Sands Township business has been recovered in Wisconsin.
The Marquette County Sheriff’s Office says the 2013 Lightning trailer that was stolen from the Adventure Centre was recovered in Iron River, Wisconsin on Thursday. The 2013 Arctic Cat snowmobile that was inside the trailer when it went missing was also found. A second snowmobile, a black and yellow 2010 Ski-Doo Renegade Adrenaline, is still missing.
The Marquette County Sheriff’s Office is conducting a joint investigation with the Bayfield County Sheriff’s Office and the Iron River City Police Department in Wisconsin to help identify those involved in the crime.
