ISHPEMING — It’s week three our ABC 10 / CW 5 and Crossfit 906 fitness challenge.
At Crossfit 906 or The Box, the variety of exercises add to muscle confusion and keeps you from plateauing.
“This is the best exercise I have ever gotten in my life. You are not just standing around, thinking what should I do today, it’s all set up for you and everyday is different. and the results are just unbelievable. I can’t imagine going anywhere else,” said Julie Jacobetti, Crossfit member.
If you are that person who does not have a lot of time to work out, they have an answer for that as well. The Crossfit philosophy is that intensity equals results. Crossfit modifies all workouts for those recovering from injuries, older adults as well as kids.
Kayla Koski, Crossfit kid member says, “When AI first came I thought I was going to die every single time, but now I don’t. It’s gotten a lot easier over the months.”
“For the first few workouts I didn’t try my hardest best because I thought I couldn’t do it but then I could,” said Berkli Asgaard, Crossfit kid member.
Crossfit kid, Emma Poirier adds “I feel that my form is better in everything that I do, rowing was very difficult and now it is a lot easier.”
“The trainers are always so motivating, they push you to do better than when you first came,” points out abby Koski.
