BESSEMER — An Ironwood man will be spending time in prison for various drug offenses.

47-year-old Donald Jett was sentenced to two to three years with credit for 191 days served on the charge of maintaining a drug house. He was also given 42 months in prison on the charge of delivery or manufacture of a controlled substance less than 50 grams and an additional 18 months for the charge of possession of a controlled substance. These sentences will be served concurrently. He will also be required to pay $834 in fines and court costs.

Jett pleaded guilty to the three charges and others were dismissed as part of a plea agreement. He was arrested in December along with four other Gogebic County residents after an investigation by the Gogebic Iron Area Narcotics Team.
