MARQUETTE — The man taken into custody after a home invasion in Marquette Wednesday has been arraigned District Court.

33-year-old Derek Lentz of Ishpeming was charged with second degree home invasion and possession of a controlled substance. His bond for each count was set at ten percent of $25,000. Lentz will have a probable cause conference on June 2nd and a preliminary exam on June 8th.

He was arrested on outstanding warrants and drug possession by Marquette City Police after allegedly taking part in a home invasion in the Freedom Drive area and fleeing the scene.
