Drug suspect bound over to Circuit Court

ESCANABA — An Escanaba man arrested on drug charges after a motor vehicle accident that resulted in the shutdown of a portion of a highway in Delta County is headed to Circuit Court.

20-year-old Ryan Lucier waived his preliminary examination in Delta County District Court today and was subsequently bound over. Lucier faces charges of delivery or manufacture of meth or ecstasy and driving with a suspended license.
