Grayvold gets an NFL invite from the Vikings

Whitewater, Wisc. — A U.P. native never gave up on his dream to play in the NFL and that dream has now become reality.

Brady Grayvold received an invitation to participate in the mini–camp for the Minnesota Vikings. After two years at NMU, the former Norway Knight transferred to the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and as a cornerback was a huge part in the Warhawks’ back to back Division 3 championships.
Grayvold comes from a strong sports family…his younger sister Bailey plays basketball and softball at Lakeland College and his other sister Britta plays basketball at Norway. This past year, he was named first team All–American by three different organizations. He was also named All–WIAC and all–region honoree.
Grayvold announced the news on Twitter saying, “Just got the call of a lifetime, I got an invite to the Vikings mini camp this weekend! Is this a dream?! Unbelievable! #skol.”
