Prescription drug delivery suspect sentenced

MENOMINEE — A Menominee man has been sentenced on a drug charge.

21-year–old Jake Roman was sentenced in Menominee County Circuit Court to nine months in jail with credit for 57 days served. Roman was arrested along with three others in mid–February by UPSET detectives and officers from the Menominee and Marinette Police Deparments.

He was charged with delivery of a perscription narcotic, suboxone, a felony to which he pleaded guilty.
