Weather Forecast Upper Peninsula 1/29-30

Many of us saw 2-4 inches of snow Thursday, as a clipper moved through. Tonight though, blowing snow will be a concern with gusty winds reducing visibilities. Lows will drop between the low to mid single digits, with breezy northwest winds at 15 to 25 miles per hour.

Friday, skies will be partly cloudy, as the frigid air takes a stronger hold on the region. Highs will top off in the upper single digits and lower teens, while winds northwest winds blow at 10 to 20 miles per hour. Tomorrow night, prepare for another bone chilling evening, with skies giving way to more light snow after midnight.

Low temps will fall to the mid single digits, with winds shifting out of the south at 5 to 10 miles per hour. Snow continues Saturday morning, before another wave of arctic air arrives later that night.
