Dickinson County meth defendant will meet a jury

IRON MOUNTAIN — An Iron Mountain woman will face a jury for her role in a Dickinson County meth lab.

At her pretrial conference, Anita Lindlbauer, 32, found she would return to court on April 15th. The case stems from a KIND Drug Enforcement Team meth bust in Iron Mountain in October.

Lindlbauer is accused of operating or maintaining a meth lab, delivery or manufacture of meth and possession of meth. Habitual offender status has been attached to her case.

She also has a motion hearing on May 5th for a probation violation stemming from an unrelated charge.
