Meth lab sends Delta County man to prison for up to 40 years

ESCANABA — Operating a meth lab gets a Ford River Township man up to 40 years behind bars.

Robert Hanley, 43, was sentenced as a three-time habitual offender Monday in Delta County Circuit Court to a minimum of 5 years in prison.  He was credited with 104 days served.

A jury found Hanley guilty in October of one count of operating a meth lab.

He was arrested in December 2013 after police found meth making materials at his home.
