North Stables Pub break-in suspects plead guilty

IRON MOUNTAIN — Two women have pleaded guilty to charges related to breaking into a bar in Iron Mountain back in June.

Crystal White, 21, of Niagara has pleaded guilty to breaking and entering a building with intent.  In exchange, prosecutors dropped habitual offender status from her case.  Michelle Norton, 28, of Iron Mountain has admitted to uttering and publishing, with habitual offender, second offense status attached.  Dickinson County Circuit Court staff say a charge of larceny in a building has been dropped.

The break-in happened at the North Stables Pub.  Both women were already in jail on other charges when the Iron Mountain Police arrested them in this case.

White and Norton are both scheduled for sentencing December 15.
