Halloween Weather Forecast

Light rain entered during the afternoon on Thursday, as temps remained cool. However, even colder air arrives tonight, which will change our rain over to snow, which could be heavy at times. Snowfall totals look to reach the 2-4 inch range. Lows will drop between the upper-20s and lower-30s, while north winds increase dramatically after midnight around 20 to 25 miles per hour.

Today the snow continues, as the colder air mass settles into place and dangerous waves are going to develop on Michigan’s Great Lakes during the day.

Weather Forecast

Accumulations will be smaller, but still expect anywhere between 1-2 inches of the white stuff. High temps will top off in the lower-30s, while winds continue to howl out of the north at 20 to 30 miles per hour, with gusts around 40 miles per hour. Tonight with kids heading out to trick or treat, the heavier snows begin to decrease, as temps tumble.

Lows will bottom out in the low to mid-20s, with north winds weakening around 10 to 20 miles per hour. Saturday is shaping up to be a lot more sunny for us, but certainly not warmer. Prepare to take it slowly today and bundle up!
