Heroin suspects appear in Marinette County court
MARINETTE, WI. — Two Dickinson County residents facing drug charges appeared in a Wisconsin courtroom Wednesday.
John Heard, 26, and Victoria Williams, 24 both of Kingsford, appeared in Marinette County Circuit Court for bond hearings. Heard’s bond is set at $50,000 cash, and Williams’ bond is $10,000 cash with multiple conditions.
They are charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin.
The pair was arrested October 10 in Crivitz, Wisconsin after police received a tip that Heard would be traveling across state lines to purchase heroin with a street value of between $6,500-$10,000.
Their next court appearance is scheduled for October 17.
