Iron River Police investigating attempted abduction
IRON RIVER — The Iron River Police Department is investigating an attempted abduction.
Police say a small black four-door passenger car with a white bumper pulled alongside a juvenile on 4th Street near Minkler Street around 8:40 p.m. Monday. The driver reportedly opened the passenger side door, telling the juvenile to “get in”. The juvenile was able to run away to safety.
The suspect is described as a man wearing a grey hoodie pulled up over his head with a scarf covering all of his face except his eyes.
