Upper Peninsula Weather Forecast 8/12-13

Showers left on Tuesday, as cooler air parked itself in the region.  We’ll continue to notice clouds hanging on tonight, as temps really begin to cool off.  Overnight lows will drop to the upper-40s, while north winds blow at 10 to 15 miles per hour.

Wednesday, finally brings back the sunshine with high pressure building in.  High temps will reach the upper-60s to lower-70s, while north winds remain breezy around 10 to 20 miles per hour.  Tomorrow night becomes mostly clear, which will allow temps to cool off quickly.

Low temps will bottom out in the mid to upper-40s, with north winds still brisk at 10 to 15 miles per hour.  Thursday looks to be completely sunny and a little warmer, as the cooler air mass exits east.
