Man sentenced for distribution of heroin

A Menominee man will spend another 13 months behind bars for conspiring to fund, purchase, transport, and distribute large amounts of heroin in Menominee and northern Wisconsin.

41–year–old Donald Myers was sentenced Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Green Bay to 21 months in prison with credit for eight served. Myers pled guilty back in May to “knowing and intentionally using a communication facility to distribute heroin.”

Myers is part of a trio of Menominee men who were arrested in a massive heroin bust last December.
