Trial scheduled for Ishpeming woman accused of making meth

A co-defendant in an Ishpeming meth lab case is going to trial.

Candice Bonner, 32, pled not guilty to two meth-related charges, including operating/maintaining a meth lab.  A three-day trial is scheduled for October 27 in Marquette County Circuit Court.

Bonner and two other Marquette County residents, Taylor Trezona, 18, and Robert Kangas Jr., 46, were arrested July 2 at a home on E. High Street in Ishpeming under the suspicion of making and using meth in the presence of children.

Trezona pled guilty to possession of meth and will be sentenced in September.  Kangas will arraigned in Circuit Court Friday.
