Guilty pleas for teenagers accused of vandalism

Two downstate teenagers who may be responsible for thousands of dollars worth of damages to homes and vehicles on Marquette’s east side made guilty pleas in court Friday.

Mitchell Skiba, 19, of Alpena and Logan Beach, 19, of Presque Isle each pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of personal property during their arraignments in Marquette County Circuit Court.

They were arrested in April for their alleged connections to at least ten vandalism incidents.  Skiba and Beach will both be sentenced next month.
