Wisconsin couple arrested on drug charges headed to trial

Two Wisconsin residents arrested on drug charges in Iron Mountain will be going to trial.

David Tallier, 34, and Lynsey Collins 29, both from Laona, Wisconsin, were arrested by Troopers from the Iron Mountain Post of the Michigan State Police Monday.  They were both arraigned in Dickinson County District Court shortly after.  Tallier is facing two counts of attempted purchasing of psuedophedrine.  Collins is charged with one count of that same charge and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

A trial is scheduled to begin July 21 in district court.  Their next court appearance is July 3 for a pretrial conference.
