Rapid River man accused of indecent exposure faces stalking charges
More charges have been brought against a Rapid River man arrested for indecent exposure.
Thomas Lavigne’s, 29, original charges included one felony count of indecent exposure by a sexually delinquent person and five counts of aggravated indecent exposure.
At a motions hearing Tuesday in Delta County Circuit Court, a judge ruled to combine that case with a new one, in which Lavigne is charged with one felony count of stalking a minor and two additional counts of misdemeanor stalking. The new charges stem from an incident that allegedly took place February 8.
Lavigne was arrested by the Delta County Sheriff’s Department in April for his alleged connection in indecent exposure incidents in the county.
