Forsyth Township meth suspects arraigned in federal court

Two Forsyth Township residents arrested in an UPSET drug bust last Thursday, now face felony charges in federal court.

Leanna Lynn Horton and Christopher Wayne Brow were arraigned Monday in U.S. District Court in Marquette on multiple meth related charges, including conspiracy to manufacture meth and attempted manufacturing of meth.

The pair was also arraigned on one 2011 count for possession or distribution of Sudafedrin with knowledge that it would be used to make a controlled substance.

All three charges are punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
