Forsyth Township woman arrested for conspiracy to manufacture meth in the presence of a child

A Forsyth Township woman is lodged in Marquette County Jail today after she was arrested on meth related charges Thursday.

Tina Valiquette, 45,  has since been arraigned in Marquette County District Court on one count of conspiracy to manufacture meth, one count of conspiracy to manufacture meth in the presence of a child, and one count of attempting to over purchase Pseudoephedrine.

UPSET detectives and troopers from the 8th District Hometown Security team arrested Valiquette at 169 Albatross Street in Gwinn after they discovered and removed meth related components from the residence.

Valiquette’s 13-year-old son was also removed from the residence and turned over to the Department of Human Services.

Valiquette is scheduled to return to court on April 25 for a preliminary exam.
