Man facing CSC charges makes plea deal
An Ishpeming man pled no contest to a criminal sexual conduct charge in a plea agreement Tuesday in Marquette County Circuit Court.
John Mathews, 44, had four CSC charges, including gross indecency between a male and female and fourth degree CSC nollied as part of his plea agreement.
Mathews was arrested in August 2013 by the Ishpeming Police Department, and additional charges were brought against him in September.
He will be sentenced April 24.
