Guilty plea for Kingsford man involved in gun incident

A Dickinson County man pled guilty to a felony weapons charge after allegedly pointing a gun at a Kingsford resident while driving in January.

In a plea agreement, Joshua Cudnohufsky pled guilty to a concealed weapons violation.  A second concealed weapons violation was dismissed, but Cudnohufsky did plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge of reckless use of a concealed weapon which stemmed from the second count.

Cudnohufsky’s bond was also revoked.  He is now forced to give up his weapons, and spend 45 days in jail before his sentence, which is scheduled for May 19 in Dickinson County Circuit Court.

Cudnohufsky was arrested after a resident approached police and stated a man pointed a gun at him while driving.
