Weather 3-31-14

Just a lazy day today across the region, with overcast skies and breezy winds. Things will get a little more active tonight as our next disturbance brings us more rain showers. Lows tonight fall to the upper 30s, so everything will stay in the form of liquid, while winds tonight remain gusty between 15 and 20 miles per hour from the south-southeast.

On Tuesday, the rain continues early before eventually temperatures get cool enough to switch the precip over to snow at around noon. Highs reach the upper 30s as winds stay brisk from the south at 10 to 15 miles per hour.  The clouds eventually fade away tomorrow tonight as cooler air tries to work itself in. Lows drop to the mid-teens while winds now come from the northwest at 10 to 20 miles per hour.

The weather becomes a little more calm for Wednesday and Thursday with seasonal temps for afternoon highs. It looks like the spring season is in full control now!
