Downed power lines in Eagle Harbor area leave hundreds without power
Hundreds are without power in the Eagle Harbor area due to downed power lines.
UPPCO crews are on scene working on repairs. Additional personnel have been called in to aid in the operation. Power is expected to be restored later this morning. Until then, UPPCO is advising residents to stay away from downed lines or any situation that looks potentially dangerous. Customers can contact UPPCO at 1-800-562-7809.
UPPCO estimates about 5oo customers have been impacted. The initial outage began around 5:30 a.m.
