Marquette meth lab suspect arraigned
A Marquette man is facing multiple charges related to a meth lab found in the city Monday.
Eric Haanpaa, 31, was arraigned in Marquette County District Court on four counts: manufacturing a meth lab, operating a meth lab, operating a meth lab near a specific place and operating a meth lab as hazardous material.
Police responded to a domestic assault at 247 West Rock Street in Marquette on Monday, and further investigation revealed a suspected meth lab. UPSET detectives removed all meth–related components from the scene.
Haanpaa has a preliminary exam scheduled for January 24th.
