Colla leads Wildcats past Chargers
Wildcats junior guard Alyssa Colla scored 24 points to lead the Northern Michigan University women’s basketball team past Hillsdale, 73-67 on Monday night.
NMU has now won four straight games. NMU is 7-1 overall and 4-0 in the GLIAC.
Colla was one of four Wildcats in double figures. Senior forward Annie Rubendunst scored 14, junor guard Lauren Gruber had 13, and sophomore forward Nea Makela chipped in with 11.
The Wildcats are off until Jan. 2, 2014, when they play at home against Tiffin.
