NMU speed and agility camp
Northern Michigan University will hold the Wildcat Speed and Agility Development camp on Saturday, Dec. 21 at the Superior Dome.
The one-day camp is open to both boys and girls ages 8-18. The camp runs from 10 a.m. until 4:45 p.m.
The camp will teach athletes how to properly utilize their speed in a wide range of sports, focusing on techniques that will improve each athlete’s overall speed, quickness and agility.
Cheree Hicks, the NMU head women’s track and field coach, will run the camp. Another speed and agility camp will take place on Saturday, Feb. 1 at the Superior Dome.
