Man who caused car accident pleads guilty
The man who caused a three-car accident in Marquette last month has entered a guilty plea in Marquette County District Court.
Tim Larson, 73, was originally charged with operating while intoxicated–third offense, but made a plea to lesser charge. He pled guilty to OWI–second offense.
The Marquette City Police Department said on November 13, a Buick driven by Larson on Marquette Drive did not yield at the intersection of U.S. 41 and M-28. Larson hit a compact car, and the car then hit a minivan.
Larson will be sentenced January 8.
