A plea agreement has been made in two cases against a Calumet woman who was previously arrested on a parental kidnapping charge.

Christina Stark, 32, was scheduled to have a trial October 22-25 on five counts of uttering and publishing for writing bad checks, and a one day trial in November for kidnapping/custodial interference.

The Houghton County Prosecutor’s Office said in Stark’s plea agreement she has pled guilty to four counts of uttering and publishing and one count of financial transaction device, illegal sale or use.

Another count of uttering and publishing and a misdemeanor charge in her other case were dismissed.

Stark will be sentenced in November.

She allegedly kidnapped her eleven-year-old son in November 2012 and fled to Illinois.
