Man sentenced in stabbing incident

An Iron Mountain man has been sentenced in Dickinson County Circuit Court to prison in two separate cases.

Erich Lindlbauer, 31, was sentenced to one year in jail on possession of a controlled substance and aggravated assault charge as a habitual offender, second offense.

In a separate drug–related case, he was sentenced to 15 months to ten years in prison for delivery of a controlled substance, habitual offender second offense.

Both sentences will run concurrently.

He was given credit for 195 days in jail and 186 days in prison.

Lindlbauer assaulted 30–year–old Joseph Spade in an attack at 1008 West A Street in Iron Mountain in April.
