A Schoolcraft County man charged with attempted murder has been bound over to circuit court.
Daniel Baker, 35, is accused of injuring 51–year–old Michael Chapek in an incident that happened almost two weeks ago in Manistique.
He is also charged with first degree Home Invasion. Baker is charged with his fourth habitual offender notice, which is a felony and could increase his sentence if he is convicted.
Baker will have a circuit court arraignment on September 19.
