Three injured in Marquette Co. car accident
Three people were injured following a two car accident in Marquette County early Wednesday night.
The Marquette Police Department says the accident happened just before 6 p.m. on County Road 553 near the Noquemanon Trailhead parking lot.
A Chevrolet pickup truck rear ended a Honda causing major damage to both vehicles.
Three passengers in the Honda–two women, 19- and 21-years-old, along with a 24-year-old man–were taken to Marquette General Hospital for the treatment of non–life threatening injuries.
The driver of the pick up truck, and 28-year-old man, was cited for being at fault in the accident.
Both vehicles are a total loss.
