Nov. trial date for accused robber
A Wisconsin man accused of robbing Subway restaurants in Escanaba will go to trial in November.
Fifty-one-year-old Brook Grzelak of Green Bay is scheduled for trial on November 4th though the 6th.
He’s charged with two counts of breaking and entering with intent, two counts of safebreaking and one count of possession of burglary tools.
Grzelak was the suspect in a December 2012 investigation of robberies of two Subway restaurants in Escanaba.
He may have to face additional charges from various jurisdictions in Wisconsin for other, similar incidents.
