Oct. trial set for CSC case
An Iron River man facing Criminal Sexual Conduct charges will be going to trial.
Dennis Allan Johnson had a pre–trial hearing Monday in Iron County Circuit Court. He is charged with 2nd and 3rd degree CSC involving a person under the age of 13.
Johnson’s trial will begin October 22 and 25.
