Culver’s raises money for the Honor Flight all day long

If you’re in the mood for a burger or frozen custard and want to help a great cause, one restaurant has a deal everyone can sink their teeth into.

From 10 in the morning until 10 at night, Culver’s restaurants throughout the Midwest will be doing their part to raise money for the Honor Flight Network.

“There’s actually 162 Culver’s that are doing this today, three of them right in the Upper Peninsula. The Marquette Culver’s, the Escanaba, and the Houghton Culver’s are all going to be giving 10% of their sales directly to the Honor Flight Program to fly those veterans to the memorial,” explained Heather Mattson, General Manger of Culver’s in Marquette.

Culver’s will also have coin canisters posted at every register for cash donations. The Honor Flight Program is a Federal Non-profit Organization and would not be able to send veterans to see their memorial free charge of charge without donations.

World War II and Korean veterans are encouraged to enroll in the program as soon as possible.
