Iron Mtn. man pleads not guilty in stabbing
An Iron Mountain man involved in a stabbing incident on April 2 was arraigned in Dickinson County Circuit Court Monday.
Erich Lindlbauer, 31, is accused of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Habitual Offender, fourth offense.
Lindlbauer pled not guilty to the list of charges. He is scheduled for a pretrial on June 3.
Joseph Spade, 30, was injured in the attack that took place at 1008 West A Street in Iron Mountain.
