The Marquette Senior Task Force continues to investigate the idea of a new senior center.
The evaluation of the Senior Center has been in the works for more than a year.
The committee has come to the conclusion that the current center is outdated.
The task force is looking at which of three options would best suit the community’s need and current budget.
The recommendation to the commission was tabled at the meeting this morning to allow the members to do a little more research.
The group says opinions and input from the community are always welcome.
The committee will hold its next meeting next Monday, April 8th.
