Delta Co. assault sentence recommendation
One man had a sentence recommendation hearing in Delta County Circuit Court today in connection with a felonious assault in Wells Township.
Thirty-one-year-old Jeffrey Dickerson of Escanaba received a sentence recommendation of 72 months to 15 years in prison for felonious assault.
Dickerson and another Escanaba resident, Scott Wahl, were arrested in December after an incident involving an assault on a 41-year-old Bark River man.
Wahl has a sentencing date in April.
