New years resolution

2013 is only two days old, and some people are already re–thinking their new years resolutions. 45% of Americans typically make resolutions, but only 8% are successful at keeping them. Most people make resolutions for self improvement.

 One of the most common reasons people fail at keeping their resolutions is that they set the bar too high right from the start.

The top five resolutions:  to lose weight, get organized, save money, enjoy life to the fullest and stay fit. 46% of people that make resolutions keep them for six months. One of the biggest is to join a gym.
