Minor accident on US 41
Officers were dispatched to a minor personal injury accident on US 41 and Tonti Road Wednesday morning.
According to the Marquette City Police, the accident happened around 8:45 a.m. A vehicle driven by a 32-year-old Skandia man was going southbound on US 41, when it struck a vehicle making a left turn on to US 41 from Tonti Road. The driver of that vehicle is a 25-year-old female from Marquette. The woman and her 3-year-old passenger had minor injuries.
The Marquette City Police say the accident is still under investigation.
