Court Dates for B&E Suspects
The two men who allegedly broke into a Marquette Township convenience store last month had their preliminary hearings waived today.
James Hall of Marquette will be in Circuit Court on Friday.
His alleged accomplice, Jerry Hedrich of Gwinn, has a December 21st court date.
The two 19-year-olds are charged with breaking and entering at the E–Z Stop in Marquette Township on November 22nd.
The Marquette County Sheriff’s Department says the pair stole cigarettes, liquor and beer.
