Gladstone Hit-&-Run Follow-Up
Gladstone Public Safety has new information about a hit-and-run accident in which a pedestrian was hurt.
The vehicle and driver involved have been identified.
The accident happened at 2 am Tuesday at the intersection of South 9th Street and Delta Avenue.
25-year-old Cody Nivison of Gladstone was walking across the intersection when he was hit by a pickup truck, which then fled the scene.
Nivison was taken to OSF St. Francis Hospital in Escanaba for treatment.
Police say the case has been forwarded to the Delta County Prosecutor for review.
There’s no word yet about who the driver is, though.
