Police continue search for fugitives

Troopers from the Calumet Post of the Michigan State Police are looking for help in finding a missing child; and the two people believed to be with him may be responsible for passing bad checks in the area.

Christina Gagnon (Stark), 32, Calumet

32-year-old Christina Gagnon of Calumet and 30-year old Raymond Ojala, Junior of Hubbell are being sought for questioning in the ongoing criminal investigation.

The two suspects were last seen on Thanksgiving Day around 9:30pm when police were called about a family disturbance.

Gagnon and Ojala fled the scene with her 11 year old son and have not been seen since. The boy has not been back to school since the incident.

 

 

The suspects were driving green, four door 2002 Pontiac Grand Am with Michigan registration CCD8098.

Gagnon is wanted on several felony counts of Uttering and Publishing and Forgery of checks.

Raymond Ojala, Jr.; 30; Hubbell

Police say her maiden name is Christina Stark, and they believe she may have passed a bad check, or checks, under that name.

The case is still under investigation and additional charges are pending.
